These terms outline the agreement between you, the client, and Cape Cod Black Car, governing the use of our car services. By booking and using our services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
Service Agreement:
a. Cape Cod Black Car provides luxury transportation services using professional chauffeurs and well-maintained vehicles.
b. Services are provided based on availability and reservation confirmation.
c. The duration and scope of service will be specified in the booking confirmation.
Booking and Payment:
a. Reservations can be made online, through our mobile app, or by contacting our customer service team.
b. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. By providing your credit card information, you authorize Cape Cod Black Car to charge the agreed-upon fees.
c. Payment is due in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
d. Additional charges may apply for extra services, such as additional stops, waiting time, or changes to the itinerary.
Cancellations and Modifications:
a. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
b. Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
c. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Passenger Responsibilities:
a. Passengers must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
b. Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings. Cape Cod Black Car is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
c. Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner during the ride. Any inappropriate, illegal, or abusive behavior may result in termination of service without a refund.
Safety and Liability:
a. Cape Cod Black Car complies with all applicable safety regulations and standards. However, passengers are responsible for their own safety during the ride.
b. Cape Cod Black Car and its chauffeurs are not responsible for any delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic congestion, road closures, or severe weather conditions.
c. Cape Cod Black Car is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
